This adapter is useful if your
vehicle has a 12mmØ socket
of the old German type as all accessories nowadays come with 20mmØ
plugs that fit cigar lighter sockets
and the Sutars marine grade power outlets.
Before you buy an adapter you should consider installing a receptacle of the cigar lighter size though. Some MCs like BWM, Triumph, and Ducati come with small sockets, probably because the space is limited. If you have one of these bikes you will need this adapter. |
